As I write this, we have just entered the month of October – a time of significant change in our world. We are in the Fall season – a period of transition from the long, hot, light days of summer to the short, cold, dark days of winter. Fall and Spring represent times when the earth and its inhabitants go through the process of either slowing down, hibernation and introspection OR rebirth, renewal, growth and awakening.
How does your body respond to this time of change? Is it a challenge to muster up your creative energy, to feel enthusiasm for the projects and activities that make up your life? Are you just SO tired that you want to crawl under the covers?!
Add to that the planetary shift and evolution which has everyone speculating on whether we are heading towards the apocalypse, the end of the world as we know it. Were the Mayans right? Is global warming going to bury or devastate much of the present time physical world? What is the effect of the planet, Nibiru which appears set to enter our solar system?
How does your body react to these anomalies? These predictions, superstitions, suppositions?
And then there is the global political unrest brewing barely below the surface. World powers vying for position, puffing up their chests, fluffing feathers, posturing, threatening. Are we going to succumb to terrorism? Is a nuclear war in our future?
How does your body respond to these vibrations, threats, possibilities?
In these times of intense and diverse change, it is more important than ever to take care of yourself – to maintain good health, not only physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Our bodies are intricately balanced, sensory organisms vulnerable to the changing tides and prevailing winds. When change is coming at you from every direction all the physical systems, organs and glands are put to the test – attempting to maintain balance under the barrage of energy.
What can you do to nurture and assist your body?
Your ability to embrace and manage change in any area of your life, at all times has a huge impact and effect on your health and wellbeing. Finding amusement, acceptance and peace in place of resistance, fear and negativity can mean the difference between falling prey to viruses, bacteria, disease, emotional stress, etc., and seizing the opportunity to re-define your purpose, your path and your goals.
However, this is often easier said than done!
If you would like assistance in continuing down your path, regardless of the mayhem that surrounds you, or simply some validation that you can separate from the prevailing trend, consider seeking some form of healing. A healing can support both body and soul in finding serenity amidst turmoil.
Rather than retreating under the covers, locking the doors and disconnecting, consider finding some support within the sanctuary of Intuitive Way a spiritual and physical oasis where the energy is set to recognize and validate spirit and body in a safe, neutral, grounded environment and where there are a variety of healing opportunities.
