There is an aspect of touch that can create confusion, tension and resistance when that physical contact carries with it invasive, negative or misleading energy.

For example, a parent hitting a child and telling that child it’s for their own good. To the child, there is nothing good about that hit, and yet it is being delivered by someone who supposedly loves them and has their best interests at heart.

Physical contact that carries with it mixed messages causes distrust and disruption in the communication with your body.

This is what we will address through an afternoon of meditation and healing.
